- I'm a 32-years-married dad of three, self-employed woodworker-type fella. The kids are 28, 21, and 16. Being left behind by two sons has resulted in a simpler life. While reunions are cherished, there is a certain je ne said quois character to a nearly empty nest that I find I can recommend.

...Just a regular Confessional Lutheran fellow in Oregon, Wisconsin who knows "theological speak", ponders on how to scare off suicidal cardinals, crafts beautiful furnature, guides an exceptionally gifted family, and at the same time thinks about how he might like to become a Tomb Hunter in the near future.
Yesterday I opened an envelope which contained pictures of two of my favorite bloggers...from the very same guy.
These are *good* pictures, not pictures for my window to be used as look-outs for cardinals or feral cats.......
These photos go into my family album.
See? Now you've embarassed me.

I usually embarass myself.
Like just now out at the "Angry Lutherans" blog.
I guessed wrong on a multiple choice question and didn't have the sense to sign as "Anonymous" like everybody else did.
Now they all know I am not as clever as I try to pretend I am.....
