There's a town in Northern CA that has an ordinance on the books that outlaws snow within the town limits. Strange, eh?
Now here's a book idea for you, Nat. Collect all of the bizarre town ordinances you can find--there ought to be a pile of them--and publish them. Could be a best seller, eh?
