Beaudet Chiropractic reception area installed
Bathrrom vanity in cherry and mahogany w/black walnut trim. MacIntosh repro brass pull.

Nearly done with this nearly endless project. The place looks pretty snazzy. The flooring is this recycled (rubber tires!) one-inch-thick slightly springy stuff, just amazing. More pics:
Funny you should mention closet, Lu. That's the next thing on the agenda for this project. Maybe Closet OUGHT to visit, eh?
The shimmery wood is cherry, actually. The dark wood is native walnut. The purple wood is Purple Heart; the trim wood is Brazilian Cherry. Thanks for the compliments. I'll try to get something real and substantive posted on this blog one of these days...
Thanks, Jane, honey! If indeed it is the mask of God, then to God be the glory, cuz this old wood butcher is just doing the best he can.
I'm a 32-years-married dad of three, self-employed woodworker-type fella.
The kids are 28, 21, and 16. Being left behind by two sons has resulted in a simpler life. While reunions are cherished, there is a certain je ne said quois character to a nearly empty nest that I find I can recommend.

Cool. Sweet. And so forth.
Yeah? Thanks Ethan. Bathroom, get a life, I mean it.
Man, I hope closet doesn't visit next!
Seriously, Bruce, that stuff is beautiful. Is that bird's eye maple in the reception desk creation?
Very impressive work, Bruce........
Wonderful indeed....
Wearing the mask of God while you work, I see.
:-)
